Cleared are currently recruiting for Scheduling Specialists on behalf of a Canberra-based Consultancy that provides expert services across Advisory, Capability Management, and Information Technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in project scheduling, resource management, and planning.
These roles will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects and will require you to:
Coordinate project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and resources are allocated efficiently.Manage project reporting by defining requirements, expectations, and outcomes, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.Implement project plans by defining and executing the operational, technical, and resource requirements for both small and large-scale projects.Forecast and manage workflows, preparing detailed work plans that include measurable milestones, timelines, and expected deliverables.Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, communicating clearly and ensuring alignment across teams.Key Responsibilities: Lead the scheduling and resource planning for key projects.Develop and manage work plans, tracking milestones and deliverables.Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Support the preparation and presentation of project reports for senior leadership.Education and Qualifications: Active AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 (minimum) required.Undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications, or equivalent work experience recognised by the firm.A strong alignment with our client's core values, including professionalism, integrity, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a high-performing team, grow your career, and contribute to the success of an innovative consultancy, this is the role for you.
