Full-time and Part-Time position available
We are an Australian owned and well established business specialising in energy efficient lighting upgrades for commercial and Government clients. 
We are seeking a well-disciplined, dynamic, and reliable person to assist with office administration and project delivery support in our bright modern office. 
THE ROLE:
Providing assistance to the General Manager and the sales team;Working closely with installation and sales teams to maintain project records and documents for NSW Energy Savings SchemeReceiving, managing and monitoring of work requests and emails from clients and the sales teamGeneral office Admin activities including but not limited to answering and directing calls, ordering office supplies, ensuring office facilities are managed and coordinated Assistance with stock control , picking of orders, returns, service & maintenance records Filling, processing and maintaining Purchase Orders, Invoices and Bills THE CANDIDATE:
Good knowledge of administrative procedures and with day-to-day office duties;Strong experience with Microsoft Package (specially Word and Excel) and Xero;Pro-active and problem solving skills are a must, with ability to work independently;Ability to work accurately and methodically with an acute attention to detail, going above and beyond to get the job done;Commitment to continuous improvements in every aspect of your role.The successful candidate will be working closely with the General Manager to assist with the above duties.
