Hybrid option available once on-boarding plan completed. It is anticipated that there will be some travel associated with the role.Role structure:Reporting to the Head of PMO with no direct reports. The role requires extensive cross functional collaboration.Role purpose:To support the scoping, structuring & execution of projects to support new initiatives & business processes cross functionally, ensuring alignment with our Group strategy.Role responsibilities:Portfolio ManagementStructure & manage departmental and strategic portfoliosGenerate and maintain clear and concise status reporting & visibility to stakeholdersGenerate condensed topline updates, when required, to senior managementProject supportChampion a culture of change across all functions and drive business development through project management methodologiesUtilise a structured project approach to set business project managers up for success. This includes project charter builds, workplan generation & progress governanceSupport and drive continuous improvement projects across all functionsSupport the coordination of collaborative projects within the businessProject management process developmentWhere identified, develop a project management process within functions aligned to the PMO (eg. NPD)Support the functions on key projects to deliver on the strategySupport the functions to enhance the overall process where requiredStrategic alignmentSupport project portfolio co-ordination aligned & underpinning our business strategySupport the governance of divisional strategy with clear functional project portfolio in place to deliver annual objectivesRole Deliverables:Manage project portfolios across departmentsClear & structured project approach in place to deliver project objectivesMinimum Requirements:4+ years experience within FMCG experience essentialExposure to project management & knowledge of project management techniques and tools requiredExcellent organizational skillsStructured & logical approachStrong IT skills (eg.
