We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Oversight Manager to join our clients' team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of key projects that align with the department's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects within a government or large organizational context. Requirement: 1. Demonstrated evidence of capabilities to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.
2. Ability to lead the performance of staff, through setting clear direction and expectations, providing support and feedback and monitoring ongoing performance of teams.
3. Demonstrated experience in communicating with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
4. Demonstrated ability in maintaining and developing relationships across organisational boundaries to drive consistent and seamless delivery and the direction of resources to corporate priorities.
5. Demonstrated ability to source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
6. Demonstrated ability in undertaking research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support successful delivery and informed decision-making, and planning.
7. Demonstrated ability to assess the efficacy and health of projects to delivers successful and quality outcomes against the business case and ensure benefits are realised.
8. Demonstrated ability to identify emerging issues and solve problems using sound judgement in order to develop potential options for resolution.
9. Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
