Project Or Program Administrator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth project operations? We're seeking a skilled Program/Project Administrator to support our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the planning and execution of c2u projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Maintaining project documentation, including records for financial claims, output evidence, progress reports, and other necessary databases.Coordinating with relevant vendors or service providers for materials or services that enhance our products.Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Facilitating meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.Assisting in tracking project budgets and expenditures.Identifying potential project risks and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.Building and maintaining relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Program or Project Administrator or in a similar role.Committed, dedicated, and motivated individual.Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate independent thinking.Experience with project management tools and systems as needed.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $82,000.00 per year
