Location | Flexible – Armidale, Erina, Newcastle, or Tamworth
Hours | Part-time (0.6 FTE, 22.8 hours/week) until 30 June 2025*

Annual Full-Time Equivalent Salary | $80,765 - $88,924.3+ 11.5% super + salary packaging**

This was announced in the May 2023 federal budget and includes:
Increases to paymentsIndexation changesData and accountability changes.The Practice Stream provides primary care practices with more flexibility to respond to local community needs and gaps in services.
This includes helping practices to meet the increasingly complex health needs of older people and people living with chronic and complex conditions.
It is designed to complement and strengthen existing services, not replace or duplicate them.
Practice Stream payments assist general practices with the cost of engaging eligible health professionals.
The role is a short-term specific project which will involve assisting practices to develop a full understanding of the components of incentive and to assist the practice to identify barriers and develop strategies to maximise access to the incentive.
The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in health, business, project management, communications, or a related field.Demonstrated experience applying project management principles and the practical application of these to effect project outcomes.Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement, including the ability to build relationships, foster networks, and support partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.How to apply: Address the selection criteria (both essential and desirable) in your cover letter.

Additional Information
*PHN's have been funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care since 2015.
This is a maximum term contract until 30 June 2025 and any contract extensions are dependent on ongoing funding.
**Salary: This role is classified as F – J within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications.
New appointments are generally offered between grade F - I.
