Project Officer, Strategic Engagement

The Strategic Engagement Unit has an opportunity for a Project Officer to join their team on a temporary full-time basis from 2 January, 2025 for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

As The Project Officer You Will Be Responsible For: Undertake specialist project activities appropriate to achieve the outcomes expected of the project.Provide services across the project and participate in the implementation of systemic priorities and initiatives.Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To): Participate in and undertake a designated project.Resolve operational problems and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient administration of departmental services.Assist in coordinating the implementation of policies, practices and procedures, relating to the project.Assist in the dissemination of project information to departmental staff and members of the public.Provide selective dissemination of information services to individuals or groups.Assist in fostering a supportive, equitable, ethical and safe work environment.Assist in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing material and correspondence relating to the project.Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of services.Interested?
