Part-Time Project Support Officer - Work from Home (Brisbane Northside) Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join their team. This part-time, work-from-home role offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic environment. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide project support, including research, data collection, document control, and management.
Manage internal and external correspondence related to the project.
Coordinate meetings, book travel, and provide general administrative support.
Maintain project records and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Ensure all activities comply with company and government policies, as well as project terms and conditions.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications: Certificate III in Business Administration (or higher), or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in advanced manufacturing or the Defence industry highly regarded.Event management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
