Right now, we are seeking bright and energised Project Managers to join our inspired team. In this role, as the JP2072 Project Manager, you will lead the team responsible for the ongoing sustainment of the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) radio capability for the Australian Army.
You will lead an expert team to success by setting the vision and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions. The Role Leadership and management of all assigned projects. Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responsible for maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction. Leadership and management of a small team. Coordination of project deliverables as per requirements. Satisfaction of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within the Contract Performance Framework. The Person Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in financial cost control utilising earned value principles. Proven understanding of the defence environment - with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management and/or engineering on Defence sustainment support projects. Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes. Experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal. Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
