I am working with a cultural institution to find an APS 6 Project Officer, to work on a metadata and systems project, for a 7 week contract.

This contract exists to cover some internal staff movements, so extensions beyond the initial 7 weeks will be dependent on whether existing staff return to their substantive roles.

Working with the existing Metadata Project Manager, be responsible for:
Understanding Business Needs and Priorities : help to translate high-level business requirements into specific project needs and prioritize product features.
Providing Expertise and Validating Design : offer insights on best practices and potential solutions, reviewing proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and risk mitigation.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : coordinate and participate in UAT to ensure the solution functions as expected and meets requirements

In order to have your application considered, you must:
Be familiar with BIBFRAME (or linked systems)
Be familiar with library metadata and systems in general
Be available to commence within the next few weeks and be available for the entire 7 week contract
