About the Company The role is a 35 hours per week on a 6-month contract with opportunity to be extended. The role entails you to support the team of Project Managers. About the Position As the Project Manager you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and conducting maintenance works on a variety of council's assets. Great opportunity to transition into a Project Manager role. Duties Procurement Contract Admin Liaise with contractors Stakeholder liaison Budget and Forecasting Skills & Experience Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable Commitment to customer service and quality assurance processes Proven record as a Contracts Administrator/ Project Officers Great verbal and written communication skills Excellent decision making skills Culture Work within a collaborative team who has both personal and professional development.
