Their commitment to innovation and excellence has positioned them at the forefront of renewable energy infrastructure development.Role Overview:As a Grid Connection Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of our solar and BESS projects into the grid. You will oversee all aspects of the grid connection process, from registration studies to commissioning, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety. You will be leading a team of Grid Connection Engineers.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Extensive experience in project support for grid connection processes, including registration studies, design, specification, and agreement negotiation.Proven track record in HV substation and inverter station commissioning.Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture, harmonic filters, and isolation coordination studies.Experience in firmware updates, compliance monitoring, and O&M support for grid issues.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders and contract reviews.Previous involvement in business development activities, including technical support and risk analysis.Leadership experience in developing and managing specialist teams of engineers.Responsibilities:Lead project support on grid connection processes, ensuring technical solutions are managed consistently across project teams.Provide O&M support on grid connection matters, including firmware updates, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.Support business development activities through contract reviews, technical specifications, and capability development.Develop company capability to self-perform HV substations delivery, including partner identification and resource training.Oversee grid connection commissioning activities and develop methods for future projects.Manage a specialist team of power system engineers, electrical engineers, and BESS engineers.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications to ****** this role is not for you, please get in touch, and we can discuss other roles that I am recruiting for in this space.#J-18808-Ljbffr
