Hybrid Working Model | Starting Salary of $82,000 super | Government Contracted Organisation Project Officer Currently recruiting a Project Officer on a permanent basis with flexible work available Your new company An exciting full-time permanent Project Officer position within a main Water Board is now available, based in the beautiful area of Latrobe Valley. The Project Officer will be accountable for providing project and change management support for the design and delivery of corporate projects. Reporting into the Transformation & Delivery Lead, you will be required to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week. You will be responsible for the following Prepare necessary project documents to support the creation, maintenance and management of projects. Support and lead stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, learning/training, etc. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery capability Work with the team on the creation of material to improve day-to-day experience for the business Ownership of end-to-end delivery of project communications, engagement and change activities Write, edit, and distribute high quality communication materials and coordinate their distribution What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and processes, or change management Demonstrated capability to develop and edit content for a range of audiences and communication Ability to develop effective organisational project communication, engagement and change plans. Demonstrated capability to adjust priorities and work to deliver outputs in a required timeframe Highly developed written, visual and oral and presentation skills Ability to design and facilitate customer, community, and internal engagement activities What you'll get in return You will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary starting at $82,000 super and have flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
