Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time basis (maternity leave).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key operations, including billing, policy updates, training facilitation, and contract management. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provide timely solutions. Role Duties include:
Identifying and correcting billing errorsRevising and updating funding policiesAddressing queries related to invoicing issues from FinanceEscalating overdue Service Agreement revisions to the Customer Experience Team/TherapistsMonitoring PRODA for service booking changes and initiating early plan reviewsProviding and facilitating Penelope training, including basic, police, and messages/workflow training.Managing records in our Client Relation Management systemPerforming ad-hoc duties as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceExceptional level of computer literacyDemonstrated experience collaborating with key internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability in the provision of basic training in IT systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to identify and engage with different stakeholder groupsHigh level of attention to detailNational Police Clearance Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children's CheckEvidence of influenza vaccinationPrevious experience in a similar, data-related role within the Disability SectorExperience in processing NDIS, Medicare, My Aged Care, or Private Health paymentsFormal Qualification in Business or related fieldBenefits:
