An organisation in Perth's West is seeking an experienced Projects Officer. Your new company Our medium-sized client based in Perth's inner western suburbs is seeking a Projects Officer to join their team. The suitable candidate for this position will be offered an initial 12-month temporary contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday. There is a high likelihood for this temporary assignment to extend beyond the inital12 months.
This position will be supporting the organisation's three key projects and will work closely with the organisation's executive team.
Your new role As a Project Officer, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
Developing project plans that detail project scope, budgets, risks, deliverables and tasks.
Identify regulatory approval requirements
Document financial and asset requirements to deliver project objectives
Act as point of contact for third party stakeholders
Oversee project safety and compliance
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
Relevant qualifications and experience within project management
Understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements related to the industrial industry
Advanced usage experience in MS Project or similar software's
High level of interpersonal and communications skills
