The Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated Project Management and Support Specialists to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of disaster recovery projects, ensuring they align with established objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and implementing project plans.Prepare and maintain documentation for disaster recovery reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to support project completion.Source, collate, and compile data to identify emerging issues and track project progress.Undertake research and analysis, prepare project briefs, and support informed decision-making and planning.Prepare complex correspondence, briefing notes, and reports related to specific projects.Assist the Disaster Recovery and Stimulus Manager with project planning, delivery, and financial management.Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviors to deliver organizational outcomes for our customers, people, and communities.

Key Challenges:

Delivering project management and support services within tight deadlines, limited resources, and competing priorities.Managing potentially conflicting requirements of multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment.

Essential Requirements:
