About The Company

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an ASO3 Project Officer. This position is located in their busy Port Adelaide office for an initial contract until the 16/08/2024.

About The Position

The Project Officer is accountable to the Manager Financial Accounting Reconciliation Team and is responsible for writing policies and procedures. Strong documentation skills are required.

Duties

Intermediate/Advanced MS excel required
Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communications skills to develop procedures, FAQ, training guides, web page content
Ability to learn/adapt quickly
Ability to work to strict deadlines

Requirements/Skills

Must have a valid Police Check (Candidates who have a current one under 6 months will be highly regarded).
