Chandler Macleod is seeking dedicated Project Officers to join our client on a 3-month temporary contract.
About the Role In this role, you will provide comprehensive project management and administrative support, manage enquiry lines, assist with learning management, and support the team with presentation preparation and secretariat services.
You'll work across teams and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with project goals and a productive, positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain regular project reporting documentation, keeping accurate records of key decisions and project tracking.
Manage stakeholder engagement activities, including planning, coordination, and communications support.
Provide coordination and input for briefs, governance meeting papers, and ministerial briefs.
Collect and report data on stakeholder engagement activities.
Support the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning modules.
Respond to stakeholder queries Assist the Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong Stakeholder Management Skills – Skilled in building relationships and managing communications with diverse groups.
Project Management Experience – Proven experience in preparing project and contract documentation and briefings.
Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication skills, with experience in preparing a range of project documentation.
