Our team comprises of highly qualified, hardworking, passionate and motivated people.
Maintain Australia completes full residential and commercial renovations/refurbishments, new builds and maintenance work.

Due to the continued growth and expansion of our company, we are now seeking an experienced and passionate Project Officer to join our team, based in our office in Arundel.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs - small scale reactive work between $100 and $35k (no onsite supervision/attendance required) Successful input and output of scheduling requirements, identifying needs analyst and skilled labour requirements for job completion Working closely with estimators, supervisors and trades Answer phone calls and emails from clients, trades and suppliers Costs control for jobs Meet KPI's Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Prime Ecosystem would be highly regarded but not essential Experience in the building/maintenance industry is a must A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is a must About You
