Maintain Australia, is a privately owned construction company. Our team comprises of highly qualified, hardworking, passionate and motivated people. Maintain Australia completes full residential and commercial renovations/refurbishments, new builds and maintenance work.Due to the continued growth and expansion of our company, we are now seeking an experienced and passionate Project Officer to join our team, based in our office in Arundel.Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs - small scale reactive work between $100 and $35k (no onsite supervision/attendance required)Successful input and output of scheduling requirements, identifying needs analyst and skilled labour requirements for job completionWorking closely with estimators, supervisors and tradesAnswer phone calls and emails from clients, trades and suppliersCosts control for jobsMeet KPI'sPrioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesProficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with Prime Ecosystem would be highly regarded but not essentialExperience in the building/maintenance industry is a mustA minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is a mustAbout YouYou will have an energetic, people-focused and process-driven approach with the proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and deliver successful outcomes.
