It's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThe Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) Project Officer supports VBHC Project Specialists in the scoping, design, development, and evaluation of VBHC pilots and initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain confidence in applying your project skills and experience within a supportive and dynamic team environment.About the TeamYou will join TAC's multi-disciplinary VBHC team within the Clients division, who are dedicated to achieving efficient, equitable, and cost-effective recovery and independence outcomes for people injured in transport accidents.The VBHC team is committed to providing an environment where everyone's role is equally valued, individual voices are encouraged and promotes a culture of collaboration, recognition, and celebration.What we're looking forKnowledge in health or a related disciplineA tertiary qualification in health, disability, or a related field, combined with experience in or knowledge of the health sector, will be key to your success.Experience in project managementYou have experience working within a project management framework and possess excellent prioritisation, planning, and organisational skills.Positive and proactive approachYou are highly motivated and you shine at collaborating with others to achieve quality outcomes.
