Social Housing Delivery Office influence, plan, design, procure and contract the delivery of contemporary housing solutions that meet the needs of our clients, reflect local community needs, and support jobs in regional Queensland. We maintain, upgrade and renew a housing portfolio of over 62,500 dwellings to ensure our tenants are safe, secure and in housing that continues to meet their needs. As Project Officer, you will support the team in the delivery of a program of social housing acquisition and capital works projects. Working in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast-paced and reactive environment, you will co-ordinate the delivery and reporting of the status and performance of multiple programs related to the state led capital delivery program.What You Will Be Doing Supporting the coordination of the delivery of the state led capital program across the Social Housing Delivery Office (SHDO), including sequencing and coordination of the various Agile Walls. Producing a range of standard and bespoke program performance reports and performance information, including gathering, collation, storage and reporting of Program performance. Managing multiple information requests, often at short notice, from various stakeholders and preparing responses, reports and advice in an effective and timely manner, utilising time management and prioritisation skills. Recording, monitoring and maintaining project and program data and records from a range of programs and tools, including Reside, Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and develop protocols and processes for recording, reporting and managing information. Maintaining a variety of reports, profiles and other information sources, including property and site profiles, SharePoint webpage, Opportunity Reports and weekly updates to the Minister. Supporting the management of end-to-end of SHDO business processes by gathering and collating relevant information into varying reports. Undertaking communications and engagement on behalf of SHDO with a range of stakeholders. Including the planning and co-ordination of SHDO milestone events involving the presence of the Minister, department representatives, contractors and media, including the production of event packs and briefs. Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.What We Are Looking For Understand the work environment and demonstrate an interest in homelessness policy and program issues and a desire to build relevant knowledge.
