Full time As the go-to person within your project, you will build trusted relationships with your team to support the delivery of Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project(s).
This is an opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced Project Management professionals throughout each stage of project delivery with a focus on maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communications and fostering relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
Further duties include: Monitor and report on project activities against approved project plans.Work closely with the Project Manager to support project meetings, ensuring all project logs are up to date and quality reporting is completed within a timely manner.Maintain program/project files in accordance with Queensland Health regulations and policies.Contribute to a positive team culture where people want to work, grow and succeed.Is this the opportunity for you? To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities. Experience in an IM/ICT project environment, including scheduling, risk management, reporting and budgeting, and an ability to support the delivery of project plans.
You will have knowledge of appropriate project management methodologies and ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools. Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of project information, maintenance of project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools (preferably PRINCE2).
Additional Requirements: Overtime may be a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
