About us: A leading organisation dedicated to ensuring security and efficiency in global operations. As part of their Diplomatic Security Division, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented project officer to support our critical projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and activity coordination. Design and create engaging infographics for project presentations, reports, and marketing materials. Assist in developing and executing communication plans, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all project phases. Support change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new processes. Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to support project implementation. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align project objectives with their needs and expectations.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in project administration or a related role, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating visual aids like infographics. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively throughout project lifecycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
