About the Role This role plays a crucial function in managing and maintaining the systems used to collate, report and manage data of assets within the operational remit of Business Operations and Improvement. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting activities related to the Built Environment within the Compliance and Reporting stream.
Assist with branch projects to ensure compliance requirements are achieved throughout the lifecycle of a building project.Support the Manager Compliance and Reporting in collaboration with other areas of the department.Maintain and manage the Urbanise work order and asset management system.Support the annual Asset Management Assurance Framework attestation process.Support and coordinate activities related to FRD24 environmental reporting.Contribute to the development of the department's annual report.Support the branch activities related to the department environmental target obligations.Work with other stream members to support branch activities when required.In line with Section 31A of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic), other duties may be assigned consistent with employment classification, skills, and capabilities.Key Selection Criteria This dynamic role requires a professional with a strategic mindset, adept at aligning daily activities with organizational goals and translating strategies into actionable objectives.
