About the Role: The ERP Project Manager will lead the implementation of a new Finance and Supply Chain ERP system, overseeing the entire process to ensure the successful delivery of a solution that enhances business efficiency and user experience. The role involves managing the project's end-to-end lifecycle, including identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external implementation partners will be key to the role's success. The Project Manager will also support the transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations, providing guidance to the Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure a seamless handover. While the role primarily operates during standard business hours, flexibility may be required to meet ad hoc business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of the ERP system, meeting time, budget, compliance, and quality objectives. Monitor scope, schedule, and resources to maximise project outcomes while maintaining quality standards. Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Integrate change management activities into the project lifecycle to support lasting adoption. Establish a quality assurance framework to deliver high-quality outcomes. Develop and maintain project documentation, including regular progress reporting to senior management. Provide support to business functions to ensure a smooth transition to BAU operations. Actively contribute to team success and align with company values and policies. Plan for and address the impact of project activities on system users and broader business operations. Experience Required: Proven experience in successfully leading ERP system implementations. Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain ERP applications and cloud solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of various project delivery methodologies. Ability to document technical concepts and train users effectively. Strong time management and task prioritisation skills. Highly developed planning and organising skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver effective business solutions. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder collaboration. Superior written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
