About the role TAFE NSW is looking for a Project Officer to join the Manufacturing Centre of Excellence Program Team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to assist in the successful execution of program streams within the project.
Your key responsibilities will include project tracking, file management, and providing secretariat support.
You will assist in monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring that project documentation is organised and easily accessible.
Your role will involve tracking key milestones, preparing reports, and supporting the coordination of meetings and events.
You will handle correspondence, take minutes during meetings, and provide administrative assistance to team members as needed.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra Regions.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following: Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Sound planning and analytical skills along with the ability to address project implementation related challenges.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Adaptable and able to work across different aspects of project support, demonstrating a proactive approach to completing tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
