Responsibilities:Manage the delivery of the project outcomes (including safety, time, cost, quality) to approved business cases and other relevant approvals.Oversee contractor work to ensure delivery of contracted requirements in terms of scope, cost, quality, and time.Provide leadership in documenting, reviewing, and resolving variation claims.Manage and enable resolution of the project(s) wide range of technical and commercial issues, monitor and support achievement of key project milestones and performance.Collaborate across the business and with key stakeholders to deliver the project outcomes.Build and foster constructive and collaborative relationships with the project(s) key external stakeholders and delivery partners (contractors, major developers, etc.).Manage procurement and negotiation processes.Represent the project in meetings, working parties, and related forums at external government, public, and other forums to support project delivery.About You:10+ years experience in development, procurement, and delivery of complex, high risk, high profile, infrastructure projects.Experience in managing multi-disciplinary, effective and efficient project teams delivering assigned performance metrics/outcomes.Project leadership skills.Advanced external stakeholder management and communications expertise.Candidates with experience in the water industry or NSW Government agencies are preferred.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
