Roles and Responsibilities: Create a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and portfolio stakeholders and enables resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions. Facilitate the governance and project status review meetings; identify and quantify variances, complete any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. Manage budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting for projects and programs within the portfolio. Provide transparency to portfolio investments, manage the financials, monitor the actuals and work with the project managers and relevant stakeholders to review forecasting against budgets. Oversee assigned staff (on a direct and indirect basis) on multiple related projects and ongoing operations directed towards a common objective and affecting three or more businesses or functional areas. Implement project management's best practices in order to improve efficiency in project execution and project reporting. Ensure program and project level "lessons learned" activities are conducted with a focus on continuous service improvements within the PMO, IT organization, and supporting service areas. Essential Skills: 8+ years of IT experience. Experience in handling APIs, Microservices and integration programs. Large program/portfolio management experience. Integration (SOA/API) and BPM skills. Experience in driving presales activities. Preferred Skills: Looking for enthusiastic individuals with proven API, Micro Services and Integration solution delivery experience to provide thought leadership across programs/projects for different customers of Infosys. Must have experience in delivering large scale integration program/projects, strategy work using API and Micro Services Architecture. Ability to manage work with the team to understand customer requirements and develop solution architecture using microservices architecture. Ability to have discussions with senior management in advisory capacity on API/Microservices pre-sales and strategy. Work with the onshore/offshore team on the estimation for the solution proposed. Experienced in CI/CD Agile DevOps industry standards and tools for source control, build automation, deployment and testing. Experience with managing work using Open Source technologies – development, integration, deployment. Participate in proposals, RFPs and provide inputs on solutions and estimate. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
