Role Overview:
Dream Home Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential building/commercial sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for leading construction teams, we want you to help ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers, and material deliveries.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building standards.Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays on site.Report on worksite performance, timelines, and budget to the Project Manager.Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans.Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher.Proven experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within the staffing or healthcare sectors.Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.Minimum of 3-5 years in residential construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Proficient in project management tools and construction site management.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect our product capabilities to customers' business needs.Empathetic approach with genuine care for improving business practices for our customers.
