In this pivotal role, you'll harness Curtin's extensive global campus network and robust industry partnerships to establish and strengthen connections with USA universities. Your leadership will drive the development of innovative programs that attract a diverse cohort of study abroad students, enhancing Curtin's reputation as a premier global education destination.

In this role, you will: Advise, support, and manage the development and implementation of strategies targeting study-abroad students from the USA to Curtin University Perth.Establish and manage the USA study abroad university relationships.Collaborate with faculties and academic areas to develop specific offerings for USA study abroad programs, and with University Marketing to develop marketing strategies to achieve recruitment targets.Conduct market research to maximise Curtin's ability to grow the USA study abroad market and prepare reports on participant feedback to improve program offerings.Coordinate with the Curtin Global Mobility team to ensure the successful student experience for recruited USA study abroad students.Represent the Study Abroad team and Global Curtin while at events and on committees.We are looking for (the ideal candidate): Comprehensive knowledge of the USA university sector is required.Experience in recruiting inbound USA study abroad students to Australia, with proven expertise in developing and managing effective international recruitment strategies for the USA Study Abroad sector.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.High level project management skills, with the ability to manage and implement plans within budget and resourcing constraints.High Level organisational, time and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
