The core of our business is the construction of technical and complex facilities, which incorporate innovative design.
Many of these construction projects are managed within a live operational environment and require careful and detailed planning.
Our clients include various Federal and State Government departments, Universities, Councils, Not for Profits, Private Companies and Tier One contractors.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Townsville.
You will be responsible for delivering effective construction solutions that meet time, quality, budget, and safety parameters.
As an excellent communicator at all levels, you will build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering positive interactions.
Responsibilities: Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from inception to completion Ensure projects meet time, quality, budget, and safety standards Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support Develop and control project budgets and cost management Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements Oversee technically complex projects ranging from $1m to $20m Demonstrate adherence to our Blueprint values Utilize MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks Minimize costs through numerical aptitude and commercial savviness Barpa Pty Ltd is a majority Indigenous owned commercial construction company.
