Project Manager Telecommunications

Based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, this role is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's leading Telecommunication Construction Groups in the important position of Project Manager. You will be responsible for driving recently awarded contracts from inception to completion while working for Wireless Network Owners or Tier 1 Contractors.
The primary function of the role is to manage multiple contracts, including BOQs, claims and variations, as well as the scheduling and supply of materials and personnel. You will oversee on-site construction and technology integration.
Qualifications in Engineering, Telecommunications, and/or Project Management are preferred but not essential, combined with a minimum of 2 years of telecommunications project experience.
Excellent Client Management and Contract Management skills and experience are required to be successful in this role. You must demonstrate a proven ability to negotiate claims and extensions of time to obtain the best results and solutions for your company. Proven cost management success is necessary as you seek to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
This role will suit individuals "on the way up" in their careers as well as those already at this level.
On a personal level, you must be able to handle pressure in a dynamic, fluid environment, as this is the nature of the contracts and projects.
