To be successful in this role, you will have:
Significant experience in project management and or mechanical engineering within the commercial sector, including proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of building upgrades, refurbishments, and fit-outs, while effectively minimizing disruption in live commercial environments.Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or significant professional experience in associated disciplines.A strong background in planning, financial management, program management, stakeholder management and ESG-compliant project management.About the Role

Reporting to the National Manager - Projects, this Permanent Full-time Project Manager role is focused on ensuring best value is gained from Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) to benefit Cromwell Property Group and its stakeholders by aligning investments with business goals and driving sustainable, long-term growth.

You will incorporate sustainable principles into CAPEX initiatives by advancing energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and aligning with Cromwell's ESG targets to create resilient, future-focused assets. You will also leverage technical expertise in due diligence to assess transactions and ensure maximum value for stakeholders.

Some key areas of the role will include:
Representing Cromwell in overall project management, overseeing delivery from initiation to completion, and ensuring contractor compliance with the design brief, approvals, quality, and value expectations.Collaborating with design teams, contractors, and Property, Leasing, and Facilities Managers to implement construction and stakeholder management plans, ensuring minimal disruption.Preparing project recommendations, CAPEX submissions, and approvals while maintaining accurate financial information and ensuring compliance with Cromwell's project management procedures, including contractor adherence, programme management, and financial forecasting accuracy.Driving sustainability initiatives through compliance with Cromwell's Sustainability and ESG objectives.Managing comprehensive contract administration processes, including contract execution, claims management, extensions of time and governance compliance.Providing updates and reports to senior management, ensuring project transparency and alignment with strategic goals.Reviewing tenant fit-out applications and assessing risk to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.Developing detailed scopes of work and procuring consultant services for technical due diligence in asset acquisitions or divestments.What we bring Agile Working (Hybrid Working)Yearly Performance Bonuses for all rolesBirthday Leave, Public Holiday Swaps & Volunteer Leave!16-week Cromwell paid parental leave (available after 3 months of employment)Access to a wide variety of courses on LinkedIn Learning$299 Employee Health and Wellbeing benefitCorporate Discounts on Banking, Gym Memberships, Health Products and Activewear!Inclusive Leave Policy (Career Breaks, Grandparents Leave, Personal Leave Top-ups, Special leave)Employee Referral BonusFinancial support for training programsOngoing development and networking opportunities for all employeesHow to Apply Please click "apply" to lodge an application, if you have any questions about the role or would like to learn more, please contact Ash Lane, People & Culture Business Partner on ****** About Us
