Learn more > www.pensar.com.au About you: Due to mammoth growth in our business, we are now seeking a highly competent and committed Project Manager with a proven track record of efficiently managing the overall safe delivery of small to medium sized structural projects in Brisbane, on building Projects.
You are a self-starter with strong initiative; a Project leader in safety through planning and implementation and have strong accountability for culture in regards to HSEQ. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project delivery process and developing your team to deliver success across these high caliber, structural projects. Not only as a Project Manager can you deliver small and medium sized structural projects to time and budget, but you will be able to maintain suitable communications with all stakeholders including review of documentation such as requests for information and variations, chair weekly meetings to review construction programs, ongoing works and on-site progress.
You have experience in managing project teams to ensure the works are carried out as per the design methodology and are accountable for planning and execution of the works.
