We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated & enthusiastic Operational Manager to join our team!
We currently operate in the fast-paced and exciting space of Commercial Landscaping.
With over 35+ years industry experience, it's time to engage an innovative superstar to take the next steps of the journey with us.

Do you have the ability to implement and enforce our policies and procedures (and modify/development when needed) to ensure that safety and efficiency is paramount to our staff and clients?
Do you have a strong background and knowledge of the Landscaping industry and are you as passionate about it as we are?
Qualifications & experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Landscaping Industry.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in an Operational/Project Management Role.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including high level of understanding of Excel.
Experienced and understanding of quality quoting and quoting systems.
Sound understanding of external applications required to maintain and run projects.
Strong problem solving abilities that can adapt to a variety of tasks and situations.
Proven prior experience in managing budgets including entering/interpreting financial data.
Tasks & responsibilities
Deliver on Transcapes Singular Promise to ensure companies policies and procedures are up to date, accurate and adhered to.
Manage a wide range of projects and follow guidelines (if applicable) as required.
Compose any programs associated with all jobs/projects as required.
Maintain immaculate and accurate record keeping associated with all projects including any governance that may be required.
Supply accurate forecasts of all project costings to senior management in a timely manner as required.
Maintain exceptional organisational and communication skills at all times whilst undertaking any duties as required.
Display expert knowledge of industry, associated trades and contractual agreements.
Be able to manage and maintain any/all projects, sites and office (may be multiply at any given time) independently and with a high level of professionalism at all times.
Strong, effective and ethical leadership/management skills.
Achieve any required KPI'S in the role as directed and on time.
Maintain a high level of understanding to WHOS and ensure employees are following all relevant policies and procedures pertaining to this.
Ensure staff are fulfilling daily duties and obligations of all mandatory and compliance forms in relation to documentation requirements on projects.
Monitor employee activities and provide relevant guidance where necessary.
Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees.
Conduct quality control measures to ensure organisational standards are being met.
Coordinate staff schedules and training where required.
