They have over 30 years of construction industry experience, excellent reputation throughout Queensland and Australia, and proven success delivering projects more than $80m+ specialising in the commercial project market. With a successful start 2023 and under their belts and strong plans for 2024/2025 and beyond, there hasn't been a better time to come on board with this well-known organisation.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are ideally looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry. Projects ranging from between $10m - $40m across commercial, industrial, childcare, education, airports, community, and health sectors.
This is a permanent opportunity for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the organisation based on the Gold Coast. Office to be set up on the Gold Coast around the successful candidate's location and project locations.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
Business Development experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent relationships on the Gold Coast with subcontractors, suppliers etc.
Previous experience mentoring and training others.
Great with clients and strong ability to build rapport quickly and easily.

Your Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $100m+
