Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Sr Program Specialist) to join our HPS team in our Perth, WA office.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of this role is daily engagement and teaming with customers, project team members, sales and marketing, project operations, factories, and management to ensure customer satisfaction, excellence in delivery, overall project performance, and accurate forecasting and reporting for all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities: Represents Honeywell in all customer interactions in a professional manner that is consistent with Honeywell values.Drive the Honeywell safety culture through demonstrated understanding, commitment and action, supporting the organization's safety and environmental requirements/regulations and ensure project engineers observe and operate both Honeywell and customer safe systems of work, complying with all legislations.Manage assigned control systems projects to appropriate Global Project Management (GPM), Global Project Engineering (GPE), and ISO standards and procedures to ensure scope is delivered on time, on budget and with high customer satisfaction.Manage technicians, engineers, and other personnel involved in assigned projects.Manage and Control projects within required performance criteria (cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction etc.).Work on and lead sales pursuits, where appropriate, with sales and service to manage scope and promote and deliver project change orders, as appropriate.Key Experience & Capabilities: Degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience. 10+ years relevant PM experience.Understanding of business, technology and external environment.Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the vertical markets: Upstream Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochem, LNG, Terminals & Midstream, Minerals, Mining & Metals, Chemicals, Infrastructure & New Energy.Working knowledge of project Management tools and methodologies.Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated business sense.Ability to orchestrate solutions to customers' business needs.Strong Planning and risk management skills.About Us The world is changing.
