We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT security initiatives, ensuring our systems and data remain secure while aligning with our strategic goals.If you're a proactive leader with a passion for cybersecurity, project management, and collaboration, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement IT security projects that align with the organization's security strategy and policies.Plan, execute, and deliver security projects that meet business goals and compliance requirements.Oversee tasks related to incident response by working closely with IT and security teams, ensuring prompt responses to security incidents and guiding teams through recovery and improvement processes.Manage projects that assess and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks, ensuring that all deliverables comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.Lead regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements.Coordinate the development of security awareness programs, ensuring that employees are trained in best practices and understand their role in protecting data and systems.Adjust training initiatives based on evolving threats.Lead continuous monitoring and evaluation of security systems to identify improvement areas, reporting project progress and security metrics to senior management.Work closely with external vendors and agencies to implement security projects, managing communications and ensuring alignment with internal protocols and project timelines.Monitor the effectiveness of outsourced security efforts and provide direction to meet project objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.3-5 years of cybersecurity experience.Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS / IPS, firewalls).
