We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our Perth-based team and play a pivotal role in delivering this groundbreaking project.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and lead project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Optimizing Resources: Maximise project efficiencies while maintaining strict compliance with standards and regulations.Safety Champion: Foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across all projects.Innovative Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on with strategic, effective solutions.Risk Management: Maintain and update risk registers, effectively mitigating risks to ensure seamless operations.Team Leadership: Inspire and supervise project teams, driving collaboration and achieving project milestones.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, unions, and stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.Mentorship & Development: Guide and train project staff, nurturing their professional growth.HSEQ Compliance: Enforce stringent safety, environmental, and risk assessment standards.What You'll BringExperience: 5–10 years of project management experience in oil & gas construction or demolition industries.Communication Skills: A proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in driving safety, environmental, and commercial outcomes.Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Cost, Time, Resources (CTR) contracts is highly desirable.Collaborative Experience: Experience working on large-scale projects alongside multiple project managers is an advantage.Environmental Acumen: Knowledge of managing projects in environmentally sensitive settings is a bonus.Our Commitment to ExcellenceWe pride ourselves on delivering projects with unparalleled safety and innovation.
