The role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team and assisting with any sale-related projects for our Manheim Australia and New Zealand's Industrial division. With a focus on achieving specific objectives and key performance indicators, you will be required to assist the Business Development Manager. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary, vehicle, and commission-based structure. As Manheim's Project Manager, you will be on-site and off-site, assisting key stakeholders in the within several departments. With the main focus of business growth and providing excellent service to our customers. To be successful for this role, you will be located in either Queensland and Northen NSW, preferably Darling Downs. Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with sales objectives. Coordinate and communicate project requirements, milestones, and progress to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Track project performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
