High Profile Builder New Refurb/Fit-Out Projects to $30m Key Management Appointment This High Profile Builder of larger scale projects is opening up a new division and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with established networks in the Refurb/Fit-Out space.
Projects will be carried out for Corporate clients and range in value up to $30m - $40m in size.
This role will suit someone looking to be part of something new with an established brand leveraging off existing contacts.
As they develop this area of their business they are looking to add a Project Manager who has an established background with project experience and stakeholder networks in place.
This role will see you being involved in both the front end/stategy of the business as well as facilitating the delivery of projects and all that it entails as a Project Manager - ie time, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationship targets are met and exceeded.
To suit this role it is expected you have experience as a Project Manager in Melbourne with recognisable commercial-industrial builders ideally on refurb/fit-out projects.
You will have an indepth construction knowledge, commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
Remuneration will suit your experience and be in line with a role with a market leader.
