You will Elevate support for the Program Delivery team by efficiently managing portfolios and programs in a dynamic IT landscape; Innovate and enhance our project management framework, refining processes, technologies, and training materials for optimal efficiency; Maintain rigorous alignment with governance structures to uphold the quality and assurance standards of our IT Project Management Office. About you You're a proactive professional who excels in collaborating with resource and project managers to develop and implement dynamic portfolio and project plans. You meticulously track, monitor, and analyse deliverables to ensure projects stay on course and exceed expectations. Your attention to detail shines as you prepare thorough highlight and checkpoint reports, ensuring budgets, schedules, and resources align seamlessly. You optimise PMO efficiencies by monitoring portfolio financials and adhering to ITIL change management, security, and quality assurance protocols. You effortlessly build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, staying informed about project activities across the portfolio to foster effective communication and collaboration.
You will possess: Demonstrated success in project delivery, proficient in project management frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong business acumen, adept at researching, developing, and analysing options to optimise business processes. Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple project support activities in high-pressure environments, ensuring project objectives are effectively achieved. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality, diplomacy, active listening, empathy, and collaborative teamwork. Highly adaptable and flexible, able to embrace new initiatives quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with IT policy, compliance, cyber security, and risk management practices.
