What you'll be doing The Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Manager will oversee the delivery of the FF&E redevelopment portfolio as part of the ISLHD Redevelopment Team. The role will assist in the development of an FF&E strategy which aligns with the deliverables of the redevelopment. The role will manage the selection, procurement, implementation and operational commissioning of project FFE inline with the project timelines. The role will be required to work with internal and external project stakeholders and in line with NSW Government procurement frameworks. Understanding of the NSW Health Process of Facility Planning process and / or experience in the management of commissioning phases of hospital delivery projects Knowledge of establishing & managing documentation and associated processes related to major projects Extensive experience in NSW government procurement processes and management of project budgets. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication/interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clinical staff, senior managers and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. High level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), and data management planning systems.
