Job Description - Project Manager - Rail Systems (260338)UGL is an employer with a difference, jump on board and experience our incredible journeyAbout the roleThe Project Manager – Rail Systems will manage and control all project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle.Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the projectContinually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance.Prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as requiredInvolvement and support of all UGL HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives.Preparation of Signalling designs, reports and conceptual designs.Assisting with Project planning and new project bids.Overseeing maintenance plans and reviews and operational studies.Participating in design reviews in a collaborative team environment.About youTechnical trade or tertiary qualification in electrical engineeringExperience working with Signalling Systems on Rail ProjectsCertified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or demonstrated equivalent experience.Excellent communication skills both written and oralCompetencies in QRAustralian Drivers LicenceStrong negotiation, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.UGL – Big projects.
