Your new companyClient is a good quality and established project management business with a strong pipeline of works. They are an end-to-end consultancy helping their clients from initial concept through to project delivery.Your new roleThis role is a consultancy position working on behalf of asset owners. They manage the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of the majority of commercial construction projects across Queensland and further afield. Projects are typically in the smaller end, suggesting up to $20 million, allowing the PM to genuinely engage in the detail of the project.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have broad, client-side experience either working for a consultancy or directly for an asset owner. Candidates should have experience in contract administration, superintendency, tender evaluation, site inspection, and technical report writing. This should be allied to excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, candidates would have tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or similar and have experience running multiple projects concurrently. Experience in education, sports, commercial, and retail sectors is probably most suited.What you'll get in returnThe client is looking for an immediate start for the suitable candidate.
