What you'll do We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Portland .
The role responsibilities include: Demonstrates full commitment to health and safety, providing safety leadership to the project team.
Leads and mentors a multi-disciplinary, multi-location project team, defining roles, responsibilities, and training.
Sets clear project objectives, including scope, schedule, productivity, and budget targets.
Ensures adherence to Worley methodologies, processes, tools, and compliance requirements throughout the project.
Oversees project execution by applying knowledge of engineering, procurement, quality control, and other disciplines.
Manages customer contract details, ensuring effective project oversight and delivery.
Tracks project cost, schedule, and design deliverables, using analytical skills to forecast trends and monitor gross margin.
Ensures proper change control and understands contract terms, company cash flow, and financial reporting standards.
What you'll have Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
Based in, or willingness to relocate to Portland, VIC.
Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects; EPCM, EPC including site assignments (projects up to US$5M to US$10M in total value).
Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
Can organise information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
