We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Projects Team in Brisbane. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of projects assigned, including optimising resources, budget control, and coordination of all services to meet timelines, client specifications, and quality control in accordance with the company Integrated Management System (IMS).
The role coordinates and manages the project team, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives, scope, budget, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager.
Successful applicants must have: 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Construction White Card or the ability to attain. First Aid Certificate Level 2 or the ability to attain. Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety or the ability to attain. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen and analytical skills. High attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software applications. A current driver's license and the ability to travel as required. Experience with Procore, Buildlogic, or similar Project Management Systems is preferred.
