Acting as a strategic partner to the Aegros Senior Leadership and Engineering in all areas of CAPEX equipment and services procurement Implementing sourcing initiatives, evaluation and selection of suppliers and materials to obtain best value Ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids Negotiating with vendors to obtain optimum quality, schedule, cost, terms Advising the business regarding appropriate purchasing methods and procedures Providing coaching and development for the team and while driving engagement. You will bring... Minimum 10 years' experience in the Bioprocess, Plasma Fractionation or Pharmaceutical or related industries 6-8 years' work in multi-disciplinary project teams Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and written skills Experience with legal contracts, financial analysis, and a track record of delivering cost savings Strong analytical and negotiation skills Be able to demonstrate pricing and cost analysis skills Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, procurement software and preferably ERP systems.
