About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Lead the development of a communication strategy that delivers high quality information on the school's services.
Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, submissions, papers and reports on projects and activities relevant to the school.
Provide advice to senior officers and other staff in relation to identifying and addressing current and emerging governance and organisational issues which impact on the effectiveness, quality of service delivery and achievement of outcomes.
Analyse systems and processes to ensure the integrity of school's project management, governance and business operations.
Organise and lead training, forums and information sessions for school staff on corporate governance issues.
Analyse, review and refine systems and processes in line with continuous improvement practices to ensure the ongoing alignment with changing business or policy requirements
Facilitate the structured professional development of frontline service delivery support staff and train staff in all activities relevant to daily operations in business, finance and corporate governance activities, policies and processes.
Lead and participate in project teams to undertake project planning, implementation and review.
